The South Australian Government has officially opened the new Fraser Mustard Centre, which will aim to connect cutting edge research with practical measures to improve the health, wellbeing and education of the state’s children.

State Minister for Education and Child Development, Grace Portolesi, said the new centre will see leading researchers, policy makers and people in the frontline of service delivery work to achieve the best outcomes for the state’s children.

Based in the Department for Education and Child Development the new centre will provide a wealth of quality data on child development that will inform and progress our commitment to give every chance for every child.

The Fraser Mustard Centre involves a partnership between the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research and the Department for Education and Child Development, more information can be found at the Centre’s website: www.frasermustardcentre.sa.edu.au
