South West Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic physiotherapist to take its physiotherapy service to the next level.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the temporary (12 months) full time position of Clinical Manager of Physiotherapy.

The Clinical Manager of Physiotherapy provides professional guidance for Physiotherapy staff, including those dedicated to particular programs and works in direct association with service and program managers across South West Healthcare.

Working closely with the Manager of Allied Health and the wider Allied Health leadership group the successful applicant will be responsible for leading and managing significant departmental change to deliver enhanced and innovative models of care that:

• Place the patient at the centre of their care
• Are safe and effective in their delivery
• Have clinicians and assistants working to their highest scope of practice
• Reflect an allied health approach to business; and
• Are accountable
