The Postgraduate Program in HIV, STIs and Sexual Health at Western Sydney Sexual Health (WSSH) at the Sydney Medical School – Westmead deals with teaching and research into sexual health, sexually transmitted infections and HIV. The program has a specific focus on psychosexual therapy/sexology. WSSH is situated in Parramatta, in purpose-designed facilities and associated with Western Sydney Local Health District (Sydney, Australia), WSSH contributes to the promotion of sexual health and reduction of spread of STIs/HIV through research, the enhancement of clinical services, teaching, training and health promotion. In this role, you will play a central role in the Postgraduate Program in HIV, STIs and Sexual Health focussed on the development and delivery of Sexual Health Counselling (Sex Therapy) pathway units of study and contribute to the Public Health Pathway units of study. The incumbent will be required to coordinate the ongoing development and liaison with professional placement organisations, as well the academic coordination of professional placement capstone unit of study.
