The NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre (CTC) is a leader in clinical trials research in Australia, coordinating its own and assisting others in conducting various multi-centre clinical trials and promoting evidence-based medicine in Australia.

Several opportunities now exist for suitably qualified and experienced staff to join the Centre and contribute to clinical trials research. We provide the opportunity to work directly with clinicians, biostatisticians, academic researchers and other experienced clinical trials and research staff.

Senior Trials Coordinator         HEO 7

Clinical Trials Coordinator       HEO 6

Full-time or part time

The successful HEO 7 Senior Trials Coordinators will take the lead role in managing the day to day implementation and coordination of clinical trials that require a higher level of clinical trial expertise.

The successful HEO 6 Clinical Trials Coordinators will conduct one or more clinical trials involving the coordination of ethics & regulatory requirements, monitoring, audit activities, data management. The activities are determined by the scope and protocols of the study.

The positions are in Oncology trials and you will be joining other trials staff working on studies potentially involving gastrointestinal oncology, neuro-oncology and lung cancer as well as other speciality oncology areas. Skills and experience in data management will be viewed favourably.

The positions are fixed term for 12 months, subject to the completion of a satisfactory probation period for new employees. There is the possibility of further offers of employment subject to funding, performance and need.
