About the opportunity
The Dr Liang Voice Program (DLVP) is a newly established, world-class research and training program in the field of laryngeal and voice disorders at the University of Sydney. The Program integrates research, training and education and clinical treatment into a comprehensive model that aims to deliver best-practice treatment to patients.
The program runs across two Faculties: Health Sciences and Medicine. Co-Directed by Dr Cate Madill (Speech Pathologist) and Dr Daniel Novakovic (ENT Surgeon & Laryngologist), the charter of the program is to conduct world-leading:
About you

As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned to these values and are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the administrative requirements of the research, training and clinical program and will work directly with the co-directors to establish, support and co-ordinate the following activities:
The Program Manager will be required to work across the Cumberland (Lidcombe) and Camperdown campuses and with LHDs, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and other stakeholder organisations and teams.
The successful candidate will provide overall program management and guidance to support the implementation of key strategies and programs of work across the DLVP, will manage and oversee program organisation such as developing/facilitating the program organisation structure, the program charter, workforce plans and program processes and resources required to support implementation.
You will also build and implement overall program plans providing effective management of activities and deliverables to ensure milestones and deliverables are realised. You will develop and embed program governance and reporting to ensure progress is monitored and risks are mitigated. You will manage stakeholders and communications, ensure effective collaboration and team work with other teams and stakeholders across the University and collaborating Universities. You will oversee administration and compliance of research activities across multiple sites and projects.
