This is a rare FULL TIME position for a registered nurseThe Registered Nurse takes on leadership each shift and is supported by EEN’s, PC’s and AIN’s.

To be successful in this role:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Have a friendly and positive attitude with exceptional communication skills that will be used to establish positive and harmonious relationships with Clients, Relatives and Staff.
• Have the ability to maintain documentation to an accreditation standard.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI)
• A leader with excellent people management, care planning and clinical skills.
• Have an empathetic approach that supports our Clients and best practice in providing holistic care.
• Demonstrated excellent time management skills with the genuine desire to lead a diverse and cohesive team.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
