Specialist in Cardiology (Fractional)

Echocardiography – Locum 6 months (maternity Leave Cover)

6 months fixed term, 1st June to 31st December 2023

The Cardiology Echocardiography Department of Alfred Health seek applications for a Locum Specialist in Cardiology (Fractional) for a 6 month term from 1st June to 31st December 2023.  The applicant must have expertise in transoesophageal, stress and transthoracic echocardiography.  Commitment to a minimum of Friday clinical sessions is required.

Applicants must be legally qualified practitioners, registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians. Applicants must demonstrate relevant contemporary knowledge and experience in Cardiology and meet Alfred Health requirements for credentialing and scope of practice in Cardiology.
