What you'll be doing

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with key designated portfolios and the specialist functions within the Workforce People and Culture Directorate, to maximise the organisation's human capital, through implementation of its objectives.

  • The HRBP works collaboratively with the Lead HRBP and senior leaders to develop a HR agenda which supports the achievement of the overall objective of a designated portfolio
  • The role coordinates the development and implementation of HR solutions, aligned with business objectives, which addresses key workforce challenges for the medium and long-term. The role is to promote HR practices and people management to achieve organisational success
