The Job
The Regional Operations Manager is an important and rewarding role within the organisation. The role is full of variety and comes with the full support of the dedicated senior executive team. You will support the growth and development of the organisation and ensure high standards of care. Truly a rewarding role!
  
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for:
  • Providing support to the managers and their homes
  • HR support
  • Ensuring staff have a safe and positive work environment
  • Supporting homes in achieving successful accreditation 
  • Achieve financial and budgeting goals
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
  • Passion for aged care
  • Previous experience in a multi-site management position in residential aged care
  • Proven business management, conflict management and negotiation skills in an aged care setting
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills  
  • Sound understanding of aged care legislation & regulations 
  • Experience preparing for accreditation
  • Experience with finances & budgets specific to aged care  
  • Ability and willingness to travel
The Benefits
