Facility Manager / Director of Nursing 

 
Excellent opportunity to join a Small Aged Care provider with an exceptional record of providing a high level of care to their lovely residents. Mosman location 
 
This beautiful small 64 Bed facility is well established with a dedicated and confident care team in place.  Care comes first at this facility and this can be seen with great staff and happy residents.
 
About You 
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration  
  • We are looking for an experienced manager with previous Facility Manager experience in residential aged care
  • Strong business acumen
  • A great understanding of the new Aged Care standards
  • A confident manager with the ability to build solid relationships.
 
This is a great opportunity to work for a truly resident-focused organisation. The Manager will get all the required support to perform their duties well. Support with Operational oversight and finances.

The previous manager was with the organisation for over 20 years and has left this facility in a great position. Ready for the next Facility Manager to come in and continue to smooth running of this lovely facility PLUS have the confidence knowing the current Care Manager has been with the organisation for a long time and looks after all care, managing the care team, rosters and ACFI.

The facility was built in 2000 with a federation style and boasts beautiful single rooms with ensuites and a handful of couple rooms to accommodate 2 residents.

Salary negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience - $120,000 - $130,000 + benefits
