Facility Manager | Clinical | Aged Care 

The Opportunity:
Seeking a clinical Facility Manager to lead the operations of a 100+ bed Aged Care Facility in North West Sydney. You will report into the Regional Manager and access additional support as required from the Senior Residential Support Manager, and Quality/Education teams. This is a high care facility with a Care Manager in position.    

Key Information:
  • $160,000 package. Access to salary packaging. 
  • The current Facility Manager has moved position internally and remains working for the organisation. 
  • A long-standing organisation who can offer support, stability and progression. A strong accreditation record across their portfolio of homes. 
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse with a sound clinical background. 
  • Prior experience working as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care. 
  • Sound knowledge and experience working under the new aged care standards.
  • Confident in financial management, rosters, and maintaining occupancy.
