We are seeking applications from nurses who can exercise a high level of professional autonomy and responsibility in a community setting. About the role
These positions are responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to the community, including quality clinical nursing services that are culturally appropriate and responsive to individual needs. Assessment, treatment, care planning, cross sector service coordination and health education are essential elements of the services provided by nursing staff. As well as providing Nursing with a focus on the providing holistic multidisciplinary Health Care and care planning to the Homeless and general communities. These positions have been established to enhance the quality delivery and integration of health care by providing nursing services within a multidisciplinary team framework.
