About the role
Reporting to the Director Project Enabling, the Delivery & Sustainability Lead provides a pivotal role in transforming key Services Network programs and projects, acting as the key enabling agent for sustainable delivery of recommendations for change and improvement in how we provide key services.
The role works in partnership with other Network leaders, with a focus on the Services Network, with project leaders and sponsors and with consumers and people with lived experience, and leads stakeholders through a project delivery process that aims to maximise the value these programs can deliver for consumers, community, government/funders and cohealth.
Working with relevant project leaders, the Delivery & Sustainability Lead plays a critical role in developing a culture that embraces change and transforms cohealth's operations to align with the principles of value-based healthcare. By supporting the development of a solution-focused, data-informed and practical pathway for transforming the way we work, the Delivery & Sustainability Lead is a key enabler for both culture and practice change.
