Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at CSIRO engages with all levels of the organisation to deliver future-focussed and leading-edge initiatives to significantly improve CSIRO’s HSE culture. CSIRO have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Specialist to support the HSE team to create solutions for challenging mental health and wellbeing issues.
As the Mental Health Specialist, you’ll monitor organisational psychosocial risk factors and develop innovative programs to support team CSIRO. Leveraging your knowledge of psychological health and case management practices, you will triage reported mental health cases and connect individuals with appropriate resources. Your role will include providing advice on complex claims, as well as managing a small cohort of complex cases. You’ll be an advocate for initiating change and proposing solutions that positively influence the organisation.
Your qualifications in psychology, social work or nursing and demonstrated experience with psychological case management at a complex organisation, will see you well placed to make an impact at CSIRO. Bring your passion for creating positive change at a purpose-lead organisation and apply today!

Salary: AU$102k - AU$111k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
