About Forensicare

Forensicare is the statutory agency responsible for the provision of adult forensic mental health services across Victoria.
Forensicare is situated across five sites across Victoria with its largest site being Thomas Embling Hospital, located in Fairfield just 15 minutes north of the Melbourne CBD.
Thomas Embling Hospital is a 116 bed secure hospital providing acute care, rehabilitation and continuing care services.

About the role:

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing a high level of confidential executive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Forensicare Board, Corporate Counsel and other members of the Executive.

Duties:

  • Delivering high quality and strategic Executive Assistant services at an Executive level
  • Manage phone calls, diaries and general administration with precision
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, Executive agendas, minutes and papers.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of events plus coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, Corporate Counsel and Board members when required

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant Certificate/Diploma qualification in Business/Administration or;
  • Demonstrated Personal Assistant experience of at least 5 years with ability to work autonomously to prioritise actions and multitasking in a fast paced, high performing office environment
  • High level competency in MS office, word excel and PowerPoint
  • Action orientated with strong organisational and situational awareness
