This is a permanent full time position within Council’s Care and Support Services Section. The salary range for the position is $51,891 - $61,882, plus superannuation.

The position is located in Maclean.

The position of Customer Service Advisor (Intake) reports to the Senior Programs Coordinator (Home Care) and is responsible to ensure intake procedures are completed in an accurate and timely way for all requests for service or information.
