What you need to know...
About the role
Clarence Care + Support requires a full time experienced Coordinator to work in their Aged Services team. We are a provider of NDIS and aged care and currently have over 130 Home Care Packages and we look forward to more growth and quality services in our region. Do you have skills in complex care, get along well with people, enjoy case management and assisting people to achieve their goals. Our team is in need of a person who can think outside the box in a busy, vibrant and growing people focussed service.

This position is located in Grafton, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
