The People and Diversity team are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the Manager Health & Safety you will provide Work Health and Safety (WHS) advice and consultation to stakeholders and employees to ensure WHS compliance.

A key feature of this role is to provide support to the Manager Health & Safety and assist with implementation and monitor workplace health and safety policies, procedures and programs to achieve and maintain health and safety standards and meet legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least three-year experience in a similar role and will hold a Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.  Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in incident investigation and the identification and implementation of WHS training programs. Experience in workers compensation and rehabilitation is desirable.
