Clinical Research Worker
The Queensland Research Centre for Peripheral Vascular Disease (QRCPVD) is currently seeking a full time clinical research worker
What you will accomplish in this role
You will be an important part of a team that is recognised for its effective research efforts. The QRCPVD within the College of Medicine and Dentistry at JCU has a focus on exploring treatment and management options for peripheral vascular disease.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your research knowledge and clinical skills in conducting human clinical trials in the area of peripheral vascular disease. You will be able to apply your knowledge and skills in specific tasks such as recruiting participants, taking clinical measurements, following up participants via phone calls and collecting and entering data.
What you can bring
We are looking for a motivated and task orientated team player with an interest in human clinical research and a relevant tertiary qualification in health (e.g. nursing, allied health, clinical measurements, medicine etc.). You will also have strong communications skills, attention to detail and fantastic organisation skills.
Your ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team will assist the research group advance the knowledge of peripheral vascular disease and its treatment.
