A full-time, fixed term appointment to 31 October 2023, this position is based at the Bebegu Yumba campus in Townsville.
What you can accomplish in the role
The Queensland Research Centre for Peripheral Vascular Disease (QRC-PVD) within the College of Medicine and Dentistry is recognised for its research on a variety of peripheral vascular diseases. The Research Exercise Physiologist will assist key stakeholders in the establishment and operation of a telehealth exercise program aiming to improve the health of patients with peripheral artery disease.
What you will bring to the role
With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology (clinical) you will utilise your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills as you screen and assess participants for the prescribed clinical studies. Your exceptional organisational, project management and time management skills will see you manage your own workflow and prioritise to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
