Community Safety Policy and Planning Officer
Temporary Full Time – June 2019
$96,576 pa plus superannuation

Wyndham City is looking for an energetic and creative individual to contribute to the development of Council’s social policies and plans.
Key priorities of the position include:
- Delivering a comprehensive approach to community health wellbeing and safety in the municipality.
- Planning for a range of services and systemic responses and prevention strategies that contribute to the enhancement of real and perceived safety in Wyndham.
- Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging community health wellbeing and safety issues and to develop collaborative responses.
This is a challenging and rewarding role and your passion for robust processes to deliver effective outcomes, along with your relevant tertiary qualification, contemporary and holistic approach to community health wellbeing and safety, strong policy, planning and community engagement skills and to be part of a team will be key to your success in the role.
