They work on a wide range of projects and focus their energy on large projects up to $300 million with a heavy hand in both dual purpose commercial, contracting to some of the biggest brands in Australia, whilst keeping their team of over 150 staff busy with their D+C arm of the business.

The role;

You will be reporting into the QSE manager and the construction director. You will play a pivotal part in the WHS of one to 2 sites at any one time, based in inner Sydney region. Projects values will range but generally above $100million. You will also have these responsibilities;

• Mentoring and developing the younger site managers
• Maintaining and improving the current OHS-WHS policies
• Client and board face time to enable transparency and professional delivery

About you;

You will have worked for a high tier building company with comparable project values in your portfolio, have all of the relative qualifications in WHS, as well as these personal attributes;

• Outstanding communication
• Passion for health and safety and mentoring other staff
• Solid knowledge of up to date codes
• Energetic and able to fit in with a driven culture, where failure is not an option
• Wanting to build a lasting career with a brand that has great vision and a primary goal of success
