The Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer (CBRC) conducts high quality applied behavioural research to inform and influence cancer prevention policies, programs and services, and undertakes rigorous evaluation of cutting-edge prevention programs and services housed within Cancer Council Victoria, including QUIT.

About your opportunity

We are seeking a Research and Evaluation Coordinator to join the Quit Research and Evaluation Team in the Centre for Behavioural Research in Cancer (CBRC). You will:

  • Work alongside the QUIT Victoria program team and CBRC’s researchers and evaluators
  • Coordinate the evaluations of QUIT campaigns and program components
  • Contribute research and evaluation insights to support ongoing QUIT program development and learning
  • Make a difference to the community and to public health outcomes

All about you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in program evaluation including planning and design, quantitative and qualitative data collection, data analysis, reporting and dissemination
  • Effective communication skills, organisational skills, and relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, behavioural science, public health, evaluation, or related disciplines. 
  • A passion for improving public health outcomes.
