The Opportunity

The External Relations, Development and Alumni portfolio (ERDA) is seeking to appoint a key member of the Information Services team, to join our team of dedicated professional staff. 

As the Information Services Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders and team members to devise technical solutions to support and translate the business requirements of ERDA. You will help to create and implement a data strategy, as well as providing oversight of major system changes to the ERDA alumni and donor database.  This role is integral in assisting ERDA and the broader University to reach its ambitious goals. 

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

• proven experience in analysing and segmenting data and documenting business processes, including the ability to provide valuable insights into information system performance
• demonstrated ability to interrogate databases and produce detailed reports
• excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
• exceptional communication and customer service skills
• demonstrated high attention to detail.
