Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School is one of Victoria’s leading independent schools, offering an open-entry all girls learning environment from the ELC to Year 12, and caters for a maximum of 1000 students.

Following a detailed review of structures that best promote academic excellence and outstanding pastoral care of our students, the School has a new exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, innovative and experienced educational leader to join our Executive Team.

The Director of Student Wellbeing will have an integral role leading and enhancing all aspects of student wellbeing across the Senior School.  The incumbent will be responsible for the review, development, implementation and oversight of exceptional and bespoke student wellbeing and personal development programs, structures, policies and procedures. The position provides an opportunity to continue to develop and lead an effective and innovative approach to student wellbeing that is responsive to the needs of the School’s students.

This position is initially a 4 year appointment.
