About the Role

This leadership position requires an exceptional practitioner who is wanting to take their career to the next level. Working across multiple locations you will have the opportunity to develop professionally with the support of an experienced executive team. Be rewarded for you efforts in a high growth market. 

The successful candidate will be required to start in April/May 2021.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Outstanding clinical practice
• Attracting, leading, developing, and retaining key personnel
• Developing and delivering structured mentoring and in-services
• Reviewing operational procedures and implementing best practice approaches

• Excellent base salary and a commission bonus structure of 20,000+
• $2000 relocation allowance and ongoing relocation assistance and support
• CPD allowance up to $10,000. 
• $2000 relocation allowance

About You

• Tertiary qualified as a Physiotherapist
• Hold a current AHPRA registration
• Have working rights in Australia
• SIRA registration
• Current First Aid
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Demonstrated business acumen and exceptional leadership qualities
• Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients and a passion for delivering premium patient-oriented care
