The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW is looking for a dedicated leader to take on the role of Associate Director, People and Culture (Pillars). This position provides strategic advice and expert guidance to the Executive team and Senior Leadership within HealthShare NSW.

In this role, you will manage several People and Culture functions across multiple Pillar organisations (including ACI, BHI, CI, CEC, and HETI), ensuring the needs and expectations of key stakeholders are met.

You will also focus on leading the development and execution of strategic business outcomes and ensuring effective support across all People and Culture domains. This role is instrumental in driving organisational success through strategic People and Culture alignment, fostering a positive workplace culture, and prioritising employee growth and well-being.
