GenesisCare has a rare and exciting opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our established team on a 9-month, full-time, maximum term contract. Our purpose is to design care experiences that get the best life outcomes possible which is driven by our values. Our professionals actively participate in a multidisciplinary care approach to optimise the entire patient journey. As the Radiation Therapist, you will report directly to the Unit Leader.

More specifically, you will:

• Undertake radiation therapy responsibilities and associated duties.
• Correctly administer all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
• Ensure all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed.
• Ensure patient care and centre standards are maintained.

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

• Demonstrate technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy (treatment and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
• Have a strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
• Have registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Demonstrate commitment to high quality patient care.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
• Are able to develop and maintain strong and cooperative working relationships.
