Lead health and aged care service delivery on Norfolk Island

The Australian Government is seeking a motivated leader who is passionate about health and aged care to be the Manager of the Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care Service (NIHRACS).

NIHRACS is a holistic, integrated and multi-purpose service delivering safe, quality and person-centred healthcare. It is a facility in which the local community have great pride given its historical significance and cultural connection.

The Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation of health and aged care services on Norfolk Island. You will help lead the strategic direction of the agency and provide leadership and clinical oversight across the organisation. As a key leader in the community, you will also help foster a wide network of relationships internally, externally and with government entities.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated excellence in health service management, experience in clinical and corporate governance, and the ability to lead innovation and change.
