Fair Work Australia has released a report that details a litany of findings against former secretary of the Heath Services Union Victoria Branch Jeff Jackson.

Released by a Senate Committee, the report finds that Mr Jackson used union funds without authorisation to pay for himself and assistant branch secretary Shaun Hudson and their respective partners to fly from Melbourne to Sydney for the wedding of a union organiser.

The report concludes that Mr Jackson and Mr Hudson used their respective positions for personal gain while neglecting to lodge appropriate financial records.

The report also found that branch president Paulin Fegan, Mr Jackson and Mr Hudson gave the office manager access to PINs and passwords while also signing blank cheques, giving the manager access to electronic funds transfers.
