In this unique leadership role, you will lead and coordinate the services of a multi-disciplinary team, working predominately to support youth and their families in maintaining healthy engagement within their community. You will support the team in day-to-day aspects of their roles, with a focus on participants on-boarding, service delivery, compliance and care coordination.

About You:

  • Qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Psychologist or Nurse with relevant registration
  • Experience working with mental health, youth and support services (desirable, but not essential)
  • Have the ability to connect with others naturally and effortlessly
  • Previous case/leadership management, or a desire to step into this.

Experience is important for this position, but we also believe that the 'right fit' is equally important in that you are able to promote a people-centred leadership, be strategic but also hands-on and team focused.
