About The Role

We are looking for a full-time Territory Manager / Account Manager of the highest calibre to manage, build and drive the business forward in QLD. You will be part of a close-knit and highly motivated team focused on executing a strategy to acquire and care for new and current customers, with the objective of helping those that care for patients (and especially the elderly) to provide a better quality of care, starting with better nutrition

The role requires an ability to develop and nurture deep, genuine relationships with customers, ensuring they and those they care for, receive value every day. Employing empathy to understand customer needs and creativity to develop solutions will be critical to success in this important position.

About You

  • Experience in the Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Dietetics or Medical Devices field
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding Targets and KPI's
  • Excellent rapport-building skills
  • Ability to share information with clients AND patients articulately and accurately
  • Proven ability to maintain current business while growing new business
  • Adept at succeeding in a highly competitive market
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
