Manager, Delivery Excellence
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 12 Months)

Remuneration: $133,671-$146,800
Hours per week: 38 Hours
Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards / Hybrid

The opportunity
The role will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to all Delivery Excellence staff, contributing to the overall development of the team. The role also requires the close collaboration with business lines and stakeholders across HSNSW in order to ensure the development, support and implementation of project delivery and strategic support across the organisation.
Above all, we are seeking someone with excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills, who can collaborate with a range of stakeholders. We are seeking someone who can successfully lead and develop a team, creating and encouraging a performance based, customer focused work culture. Does this sound like you?
Eligibility requirements
- Extensive experience in Project Management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team
- Influencing skills and be able to collaborate to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Relevant formal qualifications
- Extensive experience and a record of achievement in one or more of the following capabilities will be highly desirable, but not essential: Change management, Strategy, Commissioning, Continuous Improvement and Innovation

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
