Forensic Disability Team Leader
Are you a Leader with an extensive background in Forensic Disability?
Your Attributes:
- Experience in Leadership Positions
- Experience in a similar position within Forensic Disability
- Knowledge of restrictive practices
- Experience in supporting clients with complex needs in the community
- Tertiary qualification in health, disability or community services
- A genuine desire to ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
- Knowledge and experience writing person-centred plans
- Willingness to work as part of a team and cultivate a strength-based approach

The Company:

The Responsibilities:
- Aid the support of individuals who have complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Mentor a team of support workers
- Facilitate team meetings
- Provide coordination of supports to complex client programs
- Crisis management and incident report follow up
- Assess staff performance on an ongoing basis
- Participate in on-call and recall duties as rostered
